Business Model Canvas: Gingercup
A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. It is a holistic framework to understand, design, and test the business assumptions in the marketplace. The business model canvas is a great tool to help you understand a business model in a straightforward, structured way. It comprises of 9 important components:
· Customer Segments
· Value Proposition
· Channel
· Customer Relationships
· Revenue Streams
· Cost structure
· Key Partnerships
· Key Resources
· Key activities
The company we chose to apply this framework on is GingerCup

The other areas where GingerCup could cater to, to diversify their consumer reach is by having a tie-up with wedding function caterers, hotels, and coffee machines like Nescafe and Cafe Cofee Day.
